Apple surprises in China, sets India high during sales slump

Apple has reported an 8% increase in revenue from China and record iPhone sales in India, despite posting its third consecutive quarter of declining sales. The company’s sales have been affected by the global industry downturn. Chinese smartphone shipments have fallen in each quarter of 2020, and growth in H2 of 2020 may be weaker than anticipated, according to IDC.
