In the future, it may also handle technology-related aspects. KKR's decision to establish a center in Gurgaon was driven by the availability of a massive talent pool in the area. The move is expected to impact Cognizant, as KKR plans to reduce its outsourcing contract and bring certain functions in-house. The center in Gurgaon may also expand to include HR, compliance, and legal functions.
