Anurag says Ranveer wanted to do Bombay Velvet

Anurag Kashyap revealed that Ranveer Singh was initially supposed to star in his film 'Bombay Velvet' but was replaced by Ranbir Kapoor. Kashyap mentioned that Ranveer was enthusiastic about the project and had even memorized the dialogues. However, due to budget issues, the film became unsustainable and Ranbir was cast instead.
