UP: Cabbie forges brother's documents for Singapore study visa, held

UP police have arrested a 26-year-old cab driver for forging his 22-year-old brother's documents to get a fake passport and then secure a study visa for Singapore. He was arrested after the younger sibling filed an FIR.
