Post-Godhra riots case: Supreme Court grants regular bail to activist Teesta Setalvad
The Supreme Court on Wednesday granted regular bail to social activist Teesta Setalvad over charges of forging documents and tutoring witnesses in cases relating to the 2002 post-Godhra riots in Gujarat.The apex court said that since chargesheet has been filed and her custodial interrogation completed, she should be granted bail.
