Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) president and the state’s deputy chief minister DK Shivakumar is the richest MLA in the country, with assets worth Rs 1,413 crore, according to a report from the Association for Democratic Reforms (ADR) and National Election Watch (NEW).
