Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla on Tuesday held a meeting with floor leaders of various opposition parties in a bid to end the logjam in Parliament, but both sides stuck to their respective stand on the Manipur issue which has virtually paralysed the two Houses since the monsoon session started on Thursday.
