Mayawati accuses Congress, BJP of playing politics over ‘50% commission’ row

Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) president Mayawati on Monday lashed out at both the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the Indian National Congress for playing politics over allegations of 50% commission being charged by the Madhya Pradesh government led by chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan. She said amid the allegations and counter-allegations between the two main parties, the prominent issues in the interest of the people are getting sidetracked. She said BSP will contest forthcoming assembly elections in MP, Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh on its own.
