Excess rain in Arunachal, floods in Assam worsen

Large excess rainfall in Arunachal Pradesh, registering a departure of 95% above normal, clubbed with 45% excess rainfall in Assam, has resulted in sudden deterioration of the flood situation in Assam in the last couple of days even as four other NE states experienced rainfall in the negative zone in last 10 days.
