No civilian blocks for VVIPs on highways in J&K: ADG
Civilian traffic will not be halted when VVIPs move along national highways in J&K, ADG (Kashmir) Vijay Kumar announced Saturday. At the meeting, Kumar pushed for a survey of highways and with recommendations of SOP changes, if necessary, to maintain smooth civilian traffic.
