The Netherlands PM, Mark Rutte, cycled, sipped tea and clicked selfies with locals on the cobbled Church Street in the city on Monday, charming Bengalureans with his smile and simplicity. Asked what had brought him to the city, Rutte said: "I came here for a big trade mission because this is the place to do business. The best companies are here."
