Two infants freeze to death at 'illegal' clinic

A case has been filed against an unlicensed practitioner, Neetu Kumar, after the death of two newborns in Shamli, Uttar Pradesh. The infants were at Neetu Kumar's clinic following their birth at a government hospital. It is alleged that the babies died due to extreme cold as the air conditioner was left unregulated overnight. Neetu Kumar has been charged with negligence, cheating, and operating without a license. The clinic has been sealed and further investigation is underway.
