Supreme court posts for hearing on October 3 Chandrababu Naidu's plea to quash FIR
Former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has approached the Supreme Court to quash the FIR registered against him in the skill development scam case. Naidu's plea argues that the police did not obtain prior sanction from the Governor as required by the Prevention of Corruption Act. The Supreme Court has scheduled the hearing for October 3.
