IAF to buy 156 more ‘Prachand’ Light Combat helicopters for deployment along China, Pakistan borders
In a major push for the Centre's 'Make in India' initiative, the Indian Air Force is planning to place an order for 156 more Prachand Light Combat Helicopters with Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), reported ANI.The choppers will be deployed both in the eastern and western sectors by the IAF and Indian Army, giving forces more muscle along the China and Pakistan borders.
