Akasa Air suspends operations from Bengaluru to Chennai, Hyderabad

Akasa Air, a crisis-hit domestic carrier, has suspended flights from Bengaluru to Chennai and Hyderabad due to operational reasons. Passengers who had pre-booked tickets on these routes are now awaiting refunds. The airline is expected to cancel more flights from Bengaluru in the near future. Akasa Air had been operating two flights to Chennai and one to Hyderabad daily. There have been reports of flight cancellations and rescheduling on the Bengaluru-Kochi route as well. Akasa Air has not responded to queries regarding these issues.
