UP man with bullet in chest for 3 months pleads for help

A 49-year-old man from the Dalit community in Bareilly has been struggling for three months to remove a bullet from his chest. Atmaram was hit by a stray bullet during a crossfire between two groups. He was admitted to the local government hospital, but they failed to remove the bullet and referred him to a private hospital which he cannot afford. Atmaram's family has spent all their savings and received no compensation or assistance. The police are trying to escalate the matter and ensure he gets medical assistance.
