With 4 lakh new migrants, India was top source country for OECD in 2021

China has the highest number of international students in OECD countries, while India has the highest flow of new migrants, according to a report by the OECD. India saw an outflow of 400,000 new migrants to OECD countries in 2021, making up 7.5% of total flows. China came in second with 230,000 new migrants, followed by Romania. The report also mentioned bilateral agreements on migration and mobility between India and Portugal, Germany, and Austria. In terms of international students, China has the most with 890,000, followed by India with 420,000.
