Sunday, 29 October 2023 Top leaders of the CPI(M) in India have condemned the country's abstention from voting in the UN General Assembly on a resolution calling for a ceasefire in the Israel-Hamas conflict. The leaders expressed solidarity with the Palestinian people and called for an immediate end to the violence. They criticized the Indian government for not condemning the massacre of Palestinians and accused it of becoming an ally of Israel.
