Congress leader Rahul Gandhi took a dig at Prime Minister Narendra Modi, stating that unlike him, he keeps his promises to the people. Speaking at a public rally in Telangana, Gandhi criticized Modi's unfulfilled promise of depositing Rs 15 lakh into every citizen's bank account from recovered black money. He also targeted Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao, promising to put back the money allegedly looted by him into the people's bank accounts. Telangana will have Assembly elections on November 30.
