AAP MP Raghav Chadha moves Delhi High Court against summons in defamation case
AAP Member of Parliament Raghav Chadha has moved the Delhi High Court to challenge a trial court order dismissing his appeal against summons in a defamation case filed by BJP leader Chail Bihari Goswami. The high court has asked Chadha to file additional documents and the matter is scheduled for December 11, 2023. The trial court had issued summons to Chadha based on allegations of defamation made by Goswami through various means such as press conferences and social media.
