NIA books Pannun under anti-terror law for threat to Air India
The National Investigation Agency has booked designated 'individual terrorist' Gurpatwant Singh Pannun under anti-terror laws for attempting to disrupt the transportation sector in India. Pannun, the self-declared General Counsel of the banned Khalistani outfit Sikhs for Justice, had recently released a video message in which he threatened Air India and its passengers with a global blockade and closure of operations. The NIA stated that Pannun's threats have triggered high alert in the world.
