Day after birthday, medical student found killed in hostel basement
Sunday, 26 November 2023 A 24-year-old student at a private medical college in Bithoor, Kanpur, was found murdered in the basement of the hostel on Sunday morning. He was last spotted in CCTV footage of the hostel late Saturday when he held celebrations of his birthday, a day late. The victim, Sahil Saraswat, belonged to Mathura and was pursuing MBBS (second year) from Rama Medical College, police said. Sahil lived in MBBS Old Boys Hostel with his roommate, who is a resident of Bihar and a third year student of MBBS .
