MP poll: Amid BJP wave, 12 ministers of Shivraj Singh Chouhan cabinet face defeat
BJP ministers Narottam Mishra, Arvind Bhadoria, Kamal Patel, Gaurishankar Bisen, Prem Singh Patel, Mahendra Singh Sisodiya, Rajvardhan Singh Dattigaon, Bharat Singh Kushwaha, Ramkhelawan Patel, Suresh Dhakad, Rahul Singh Lodhi, Ram Kishor Kawre, and Imarti Devi, along with Ganesh Singh, lost in the Madhya Pradesh assembly elections. On the other hand, Narendra Singh Tomar, Prahlad Patel, and Kailash Vijayavargiya emerged victorious. Kamal Nath won in Chhindwara. The BJP won 160 seats, while the Congress won 64 seats in the state.
