Wednesday, 6 December 2023 The BSF inspector general (IG), Jammu Frontier, D K Boora, emphasized the importance of the man behind the machine in handling conflict situations. He stated that the BSF is fully capable of countering a Hamas-like attack by terrorists along the International Border (IB) in Jammu and Kashmir. The BSF IG also mentioned that technology alone cannot ensure security and that the man behind the machine plays a crucial role. He addressed the issue of ceasefire violations by Pakistan and revealed that they have suffered significant losses in retaliation.
