Customers order mobiles, get perfume bottles instead!

Surat police caught Afzal Memon, a 22-year-old man who deceived people by offering cheap mobile phones but sending perfume bottles instead. He sold at least 10,000 mobiles priced at Rs 3,500, making victims reluctant to file complaints. The police seized 4,150 perfume bottles worth Rs. 4.15 lakh from his house and transferred the case to Rander police. Memon used Instagram accounts to attract customers, and he even returned money to dissatisfied buyers. The investigation revealed that Memon had been involved in this scam for a year.
