Had received call from Rahul, INDIA partners will meet soon: Mamata Banerjee

IndiaTimes Thursday, 7 December 2023
Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee confirms that she will meet with INDIA bloc partners soon after receiving a call from Congress leader Rahul Gandhi. The scheduled meeting was cancelled due to Banerjee's trip to north Bengal, Nitish Kumar's illness, and M K Stalin's involvement in flood relief efforts in Tamil Nadu. Banerjee was unaware of the meeting but expressed little concern about the delay. She plans to travel to Delhi in the third week of December. Banerjee acknowledges that it was understandable for Stalin to be unable to attend due to the ongoing floods.
