Jammu and Kashmir: NIA attaches properties of terrorists in Awantipora
The National Investigation Agency (NIA) attached two residential buildings in Awantipora district of Pulwama owned by terrorists. The buildings are jointly owned by Khursheed Ahmed Bhat and his five brothers. The NIA's action was taken under the provisions of UA(P)A by the order of the Hon'ble NIA Special Court Jammu. This comes after the NIA raided multiple locations in Jammu and Kashmir in connection with the terror conspiracy hatched by banned terrorist organizations.
