Differences crop up in Telangana BJP over floor leader post
Sunday, 10 December 2023 Differences have emerged in BJPTelangana over the legislature party leader post and other issues. Senior BJP leader T Raja Singh is upset about not being announced as BJLP leader. There were also differences over the party's stance on pro-tem speaker Akbaruddin Owaisi. Singh, the senior-most MLA, argues for his selection as the leader. He has requested a room at the state party office. The names of Kamareddy MLA K Venkata Ramana Reddy and Maheshwar Reddy are also being considered for the post.
