5-time MP, 4-term CM, what next for Shivraj Singh Chouhan?

Shivraj Singh Chouhan, the state's longest serving chief minister, resigned after 16.5 years and four terms. He proposed Mohan Yadav as his successor. Chouhan, an MP of five terms, cannot become a cabinet minister under Yadav's government. However, he may be offered a position in the central leadership or be fielded in the Lok Sabha elections in 2024.
