IndiaTimes Monday, 18 December 2023
The MP high court granted bail to two college students who were arrested by Gwalior Police for allegedly 'snatching' a judge's car. CM Mohan Yadav and former CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan spoke up for the students, asking that they be spared considering the 'altruistic intention' behind the alleged crime. Himanshu Shrotri and Sukrit Sharma, both ABVP leaders, have been held in jail since December 12. Justice Sunita Yadav approved their bail plea on Monday. The alleged crime took place on December 10 night.
