The controversy arises after a viral video shows Banerjee mimicking Dhankar's mannerisms during a mock sitting of the House. Dhankar calls the conduct shameful and unacceptable. Moitra takes a swipe at Dhankar, stating that he is upset because someone else made a mockery of his position, which he thinks only he is entitled to do.
