Nava Kerala Sadas: Yellow shirts and men in black run riot in Thiruvananthapuram

During the last leg of Nava Kerala Sadas, violence erupted in Thiruvananthapuram as DYFI and Youth Congress workers clashed with each other. The public outreach programme of the LDF government, Nava Kerala Sadas, witnessed widespread violence. On Friday morning, a group of Youth Congress workers clashed with DYFI supporters by waving black flags and blocking the chief minister's convoy. Similar clashes occurred in Kuttichal and Vellayani later in the day. The violence escalated as DYFI supporters attacked houses and vehicles of Congress/Youth Congress activists in Attingal.
