'Will hold discussions with party chiefs in states where alliances could be formed': Bhupesh Baghel after Congress panel meet
A day after the Congress formed the National Alliance Committee (NAC), former Chhattisgarh chief minister Bhupesh Baghel stated that the high command will hold discussions with leaders of other states to explore seat-sharing possibilities. The NAC, comprising Ashok Gehlot, Mukul Wasnik, Mohan Prakash, Baghel, and Salman Khurshid, will discuss state-based alliances and seat-sharing deals with other parties for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. The INDIA partners, including Congress, recently passed a resolution against the use of Electronic Voting Machines and the suspension of Opposition MPs.
