Union home minister assures strong action against Maoist menace, says Chhattisgarh CM
Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai stated on Sunday that Union Home Minister Amit Shah has assured him of a strong fight against the Maoist menace in the state. Upon his return to Raipur airport on Sunday evening after his meeting with the Union Home Minister in Delhi, the Chhattisgarh Chief Minister told reporters that Shah has taken the recent Naxal activities in Bastar seriously and has pledged robust measures against it.
