Indo-Nepal under tight vigil ahead of PM Modi's Ayodhya visit

The state police, Sashastra Seema Bal, and intelligence agencies have increased vigil on the India-Nepal border due to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's arrival in Ayodhya. Security measures have been implemented to prevent the movement of unwanted elements, including the installation of cameras, deployment of dog squads and women wing, and the use of metal detectors. The security agencies have also asked intelligence units to keep an eye on religious places along the border. Police and SSB in Maharajganj, Siddharthanagar, Shravasti, and Balrampur districts are on high alert.
