India to match China in infrastructure development along borders within 2 years: Lt General Rana Pratap Kalita

Lt General Rana Pratap Kalita, Eastern Army Commander, stated that India will soon match China in terms of infrastructure development along the border. While China has an advantage in some areas due to early development, India has focused on infrastructure for the past 5 to 10 years. Lt General Kalita emphasized the need for road and data connectivity, helipads, and airports in remote areas, as well as alternative road routes in Sikkim and Arunachal Pradesh.
