December 28 (ANI): JD(U) leader KC Tyagi on Thursday refuted rumours of Lalan Singh's resignation as party president on Thursday, saying that Nitish Kumar, Lalan Singh and he have been together for the last 48 years, so why would he resign? The party's national executive and national council meetings come amid rumours of JD(U) president Lalan Singh's resignation. The JD(U) supremo will be in the national capital for two days as the party's two crucial meetings -- the national executive meeting and national council meeting -- are scheduled for Friday.
