‘Would adopt, but do nothing’: Row over MP minister's remark against 'ex-CM'

Congress accuses MP tourism minister Dileep Ahirwar of targeting former CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan for adopting Bada Malehra region. BJP argues that the target was former PCC chief Kamal Nath. Ahirwar's comment in a video suggests that both Chouhan and the present CM adopt like Chouhan did. Bada Malehra, which was Uma Bharti's constituency, was adopted by Chouhan in September 2022. Congress provides evidence of Chouhan's adoption in a government press release. BJP accuses Congress of posting a tampered video, but Congress counters with evidence.
