Best inducts 15 long electric AC buses; total 50 such new buses in fleet now
Tuesday, 16 January 2024 The BEST has inducted 15 more long buses -- single decker 12 metre length electric AC buses -- in its fleet, taking the total number of such buses to 50, an official said on Tuesday.The undertaking has 47 new electric AC double deckers and is expecting more in a month as these buses have huge carrying capacity."The single decker long buses are being deployed on arterial roads and key busy office-going routes in island city and suburbs," the official added.
