HC: It could be a national level threat; restrains websites from infringing UTI rights

The Bombay high court has ordered that numerous websites, including nameless others, refrain from breaching the copyrights and labels of UTI Infrastructure Technology and Services Ltd, the licensed organization in charge of PAN card issuance. UTI Infrastructure Technology Services Ltd filed a commercial intellectual property rights lawsuit against Extra Tech World and other unnamed websites, alleging infringement of their rights.
