BJP neta murder: 15 being sent to death row in one go is a first in Kerala

A Kerala court sentencing 15 PFI activists to death for the murder of a BJP functionary is the first time in the state that so many convicts have been handed the capital punishment at one go.The court earlier found that eight accused were directly involved in the murder, while four others were present at the spot with deadly weapons to prevent Sreenivasan from escaping and to stop anyone entering the house.
