The Congress and RJD on Tuesday lashed out at Nitish for making another U-turn and joining the BJP-led NDA ahead of the Lok Sabha elections. "I thought PM Modi was a master of U-turns ... but Nitish Kumar has left even the master of U-turns behind," Congress leader Jairam Ramesh said. Nitish took oath as Bihar CM for the 9th time after dumping the grand alliance.
