Cong slams Prez address, says PM avoiding accountability

Even as Congress slammed the President's address as evidence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi avoiding accountability for his "failed guarantees" on jobs, economy, farmers and national security, party president Mallikarjun Kharge said the BJP leader has presided over "cheerharan" of Parliament and warned that BJP is a threat to democracy.
