According to Subhro Niyogi's report, a 26-year-old resident of Darjeeling claims she was molested by a fellow passenger during a flight. Despite the accused admitting to the inappropriate touching, both the airline crew onboard and CISF personnel at Bagdogra reportedly discouraged her from filing a complaint. The woman, who is preparing to take civil services examinations, was travelling by SpiceJet Fight SG 592 on Jan 31.
