9 years on & after court order, Colonel booked for ‘raping’ help in Dehradun

A Colonel was booked for allegedly raping his house-help in Dehradun in 2015. The woman, who previously worked in the Colonel's home, filed a complaint stating that he violated her when his family was away. After meeting the Colonel's wife, she approached the police and a case has been registered.
