Centre constitutes committee to address issues of Madigas, other SC communities

The Centre has formed a committee of secretaries, chaired by the cabinet secretary, to look into administrative procedures that can be taken to protect the rights of Scheduled Castes communities like the Madigas and others. These localities have expressed worries about not receiving their fair share of benefits. The committee assured the delegation of taking appropriate measures and actions.
