US envoy Eric Garcetti celebrates Tibetan New Year in Uttarakhand

US Ambassador Eric Garcetti celebrated Losar in Uttarakhand and visited the Hanifl Centre at Woodstock School. Tibetans in Dharamshala participated in a group dance for Losar. Polam Dolma, a Tibetan woman in exile, expressed happiness and excitement about the celebrations.
