Scarred by 2013 riots, woman, 60, orders time bombs; arrested

Imrana Begum, 60, ordered time bombs from Javed after her house was set on fire during the 2013 Muzaffarnagar riots. Javed assembled the bombs after watching YouTube videos and received Rs 10,000 in advance. Imrana has been charged under Sections 4/5 of Explosives Act and IPC Section 286. Further investigation is underway.
