HC upholds life terms for 11 in ’12 murder of Kerala CPM rebel

Kerala high court upheld the conviction and life sentences of 11 convicts, including CPM members, in the TP Chandrasekharan murder case. The court also found six convicts guilty of criminal conspiracy and issued non-bailable warrants for two accused. The case pertains to the killing of Chandrasekharan, founder of Revolutionary Marxist Party, in 2012.
