Delhi deal? AAP may contest on 4 seats, Congress 3

Congress and Aam Aadmi Party have closed their seat-sharing negotiations. Congress agreed to contest three seats in Delhi, leaving four for Arvind Kejriwal. AAP will get two seats in Gujarat. Seat-sharing with JMM in Jharkhand has been finalized.
